Virtual Help: Hand Raise in Navigate

Hi CityHawk, CCD has a new and virtual way for you to ask for help. It is called Hand Raise and in your Navigate account. You can Hand Raise if you need help with school supplies or technology, food or other basic needs, paying for college, tutoring, or resources regarding mental health.

How to submit a Hand Raise:

1. Log into your Navigate account

2. Select “Help” icon button at the top, right corner

3. Open “Hand Raise” dropdown menu

4. Select Hand Raise

Complete the Hand Raise form and click “Submit”
