Downtown Denver Partnership: Events, Entertainment, and More!

DDP EVENTS + HAPPENINGS

  1. DDLP Class Presentation | November 8 | Help us celebrate the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Class of 2023 with a homage to Viva Streets. Mix, mingle, and enjoy happy hour bite and drinks for $20/ticket.

  2. DCV/DDI Combined Holiday Luncheon | November 15 | Invites have been sent out to all Board Members and Past Chairs with details for the event. RSVP’s close today – Wednesday, November 1!

  3. Downtown Denver Ice Rink | November 20 | Join us on the ice in Skyline Park at 4pm on Monday, November 20 for the first day of the season We’ll have music, complimentary skating, and lots of fun!

  1. Travel Survey | The Downtown Denver Partnership’s 2023 Travel Survey will close on Friday, November 3. Your feedback is extremely important!

  2. Dynamic Downtown Denver | Applications are now open for the Dynamic Downtown Denver grant program. Mayor Mike Johnston, the Partnership, and Denver Arts & Venues announced the new grant program to help enliven public spaces downtown. With individual grants between $500 and $25,000, the program empowers individuals, businesses, and community groups to create fun, neighborhood-driven experiences in our center city. Anyone can apply; help spread the word!

  3. New Business | Attached please find updated graphics showing retail, restaurants, and businesses that have recently opened downtown and businesses that have announced their plan to move downtown. Exciting stuff!

EXTERNAL ENTERTAINMENT

  1. Holiday Festivities Downtown | November 17 – December 31 | The Christkindl Market will be held in Civic Center Park (November 17 – December 23) alongside the Mile High Tree (November 17 – December 31). You also won’t want to miss the Grand Illumination (November 24) – there will be special activities at Union Station beginning at 5pm with the lights turning on at 6:15pm sharp!

  2. Museum for Black Girls | With the help of DDP’s Popup Denver program, Museum for Black Girls has officially opened its doors! Located at 500 16thStreet, the museum is a vibrant and interactive space that celebrates Black girls and women’s stories and achievements. Plan your visit today!

  3. 39th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Business Awards | January 12 | Help recognize businesses in support of social responsibility by joining hands with community members dedicated to corporate cultural consciousness. See attached invitation for details and click here to reserve your seats.
