Denver Health invites you to join an online community meeting, Monday, June16, 2025, at either Noon-1:00 p.m. or 6:00-7:00 p.m. to learn about our Hospital Transformation Program and our Community Benefits including:

1. Addressing patient social and behavioral health needs

   1. Reducing readmissions

   2. What we do as an Anchor Institution

We will present the same materials in each meeting and then have time for discussion. You can participate in English, Spanish and/or American Sign Language. You can also join via WebEx.
