Campus-Wide Book Rental Collateral Hold

Due to rental file processing issues from BNED (Barnes & Nobles Bookstore) to Follett for our new AHEC contract, for Fall student rentals that Follett bought and are responsible for now, Follett has put a campus-wide rental collateral hold. 

Meaning that even if rental reminder and past due emails keep going out for past due Fall rentals, Follett will not charge (even after grace period of 15 days) until this is settled and Follett feels comfortable releasing that hold.. which should be post January.
